This page covers the Ctrl-RIA website (www.ctrl-ria.com). The short version: the site collects only what you type into the request-access form, uses it only to respond to you, and runs no ad trackers.

What we collect

If you submit the request-access form, we store what you enter — your name, work email, firm name, and AUM range — and use it to evaluate and respond to your request and, if your firm becomes a customer, to onboard you. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operations.

What we don't do

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. We don't sell personal information, and we won't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Third parties

Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and user agent when the page loads. Form submissions go to our own API — no third-party form processors are involved.

Client and mailbox data

If your firm becomes a Ctrl-RIA customer, mailbox, custodian, and client data are governed by your customer agreement, not this page. Email us for the current data-handling summary.

Your choices

Email hello@ctrl-ria.com to see, correct, or delete anything you've submitted through this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and revise the date at the top.
